
Ingredients:
- Urad Dal : 1 Kg (Minappappu)
Sugar : 1.1 Kg
Cashew nuts : 100gm
Ghee : 500gm
Method of Preparation:
- Fry Urad dal in pan till the color changes to light brown color.
- Grind the fried urad dal.
- Grind sugar.
- Mix urad dal powder and sugar in a bowl
- Take a little ghee and fry the cashew nuts in the ghee. Mix the fried cashew nuts in the urad dal-Sugar mix.
- Heat the remaining ghee.
- Pour the ghee in mixture and make round ladus immediately.
- Ready…to EAT.

Hi Jostana,
Site bagundandi – especially with the themes changing around. Please keep the site only with info related to our authentic Andhra things, so that it can be unique from the several other sites already available.
I have one comment though. No offences just a suggestion.
“Fry cashew nuts in with little ghee and mix it in mix.”, does not sound that correct. How about changing it to “Take a little ghee and fry the cashew nuts in the ghee. Mix the fried cashew nuts in the urud dal-Sugar mix.”
