Description:

    Panasatonalu sweet is Andhra special. This is also known as UTTILU or Flowers Kaaja. It is very easy to prepare and very tasty.

Ingredients:

    Maida: ½ Kg
    Sugar: ½ Kg
    Ghee: 50gms
    Salt: 1 teaspoon
    Oil: ¾ Kg
    Water: 250ml

Method of Preparation:

  1. Mix Maida, Salt and Ghee in a bowl.
  2. Add sufficient water to the above mix and make it as soft dough.
  3. Take little dough make it as a ball and press it to make as round shape.
  4. With Knife cut the pressed dough (i.e. above round shaped one) as lines without breaking at the end.
  5. And twist the ends in order to make it as flowers as shown in image.
  6. Heat oil in tava. And fry the flowers in oil until it turns to golden brown color.
  7. In another vessel prepare sugar syrup, by mixing sugar with 250ml water and heat it until sugar dissolves and make it as medium thick sticky syrup.
  8. Dip the flowers in sugar syrup and take out.
  9. Once it gets cooled, Ready…to EAT.
  10. Store it in air tight container for crispy taste always.

Egg Dosa Variety 1

Egg Dosa Variety 2

Ingredients:

    Urad Dhal : ½ cup (Minapappu)
    Rice : 1 Cup
    Salt: As required
    Egg: 1 (For each Dosa)
    Chilly Powder: As required
    Oil : As required

Dosa Batter Preparation:

  1. Wash urad dhal and rice and soak it for 4 hrs. Grind it into thin paste.
  2. Cover it and keep it aside for 3-4 hrs to ferment.
  3. Add salt to taste and mix it well. Now the dosa batter is ready.

Method of Preparation (Variety 1):

  1. Heat the pan.
  2. Mix the dosa batter and make a round dosa on pan.
  3. Add little oil on it.
  4. Once the dosa is fried lightly, break the egg and spread the egg on dosa.
  5. Sprinkle little salt and chilly powder on it. Once fried on one side turn on other side and fry it.
  6. Ready…to EAT.

Method of Preparation (Variety 2):

  1. Take little dosa mix for quantity of one dosa and break the egg and add it to dosa mix and bet it.
  2. Add little salt and chilly powder to the above mix and mix it.
  3. Heat the pan. Make round dosa on pan.
  4. Add little oil on it. Once fried on one side turn on other side and fry it.
  5. Ready…to EAT.

Bread Pizza

Bread Pizza

Ingredients:

    Carrots : 3
    Capsicum : 3
    Onion : 3 (Small size)
    Semolina : 3 spoons (Bombai Rava)
    Salt : As required
    Milk Cream : 4 spoons (Paalu Meegada)
    Bread Slices : 8
    Ghee : little amount to fry bread slices.

Method of Preparation:

  1. Grate Carrots (2), cut Capsicum (2) and Onions (2) into very small pieces and keep it in a bowl.
  2. Add Semolina, Salt and Milk Cream in above bowl and mix it well.
  3. Apply above saute to the bread slices on one side.
  4. In tava, add ghee and fry bread pieces on both sides carefully.
  5. Cut the remaining carrot, capsicum and onions into pieces and garnish the bread.
  6. Ready…to EAT with tomato ketchup.
